Alpha Associates and www.decotek.in owns and operate this Website. This document governs your relationship with Alpha Associates and website (www.decotek.in). Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this Website (collectively, the "Services") are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the "Terms of Service"). By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.
Delivery Policy - Domestic
- The Alpha Associates at its own cost guarantees to deliver products to all cities across India and states all over India.
- Domestic orders (within India) would be processed with the delivery date displayed on the website against each product at the time of order confirmation and shipping will be done through a domestic courier company (all domestic shipments are done through Speed Post)
- To ensure safe delivery of all our products, the same are double packed in waterproof and corrugated box.
- All domestic shipments are insured by us against loss or theft.
- Once the products are shipped from our location, we will send you the delivery number through SMS & email.
Delivery Policy – Outside India
All International orders (outside India) would be processed within the delivery date displayed on the website against each product at the time of order confirmation and shipped through an International courier company – FedEx / BlueDart.
If you wish to purchase multiple items and ship them to two or more different addresses, please place them as separate orders.
Once the products are shipped from our location, we will send you the shipper’s reference number (airway bill number/docket number) along with the courier company details through email.
Most orders are delivered within 7 days to foreign destinations as maximum from the date of shipping.
The courier will attempt delivery twice at your specified shipping address, before they inform us that your package is not deliverable.
You can track the status of your package through the courier’s website or by contacting their local customer service center. In addition, you can track the order through our website. Click here to check your order status.
Shipping Charges are based on shipping destination and quantity of units purchased. Please note that shipping companies determine shipping charges based on the package weight.
The shipping charge is based on the higher of the volumetric weight and actual weight of the product. For multiple products ordered from the same category the system adds up the weight (volumetric or actual , whichever is higher) of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee.
The price showed on our website includes the shipping charge within India. The delivery charge for International Shipments are calculated by multiplying the weight (higher of the volumetric or actual weight) x the rate per Kg to the country of destination. The delivery fee includes packaging, boxing, acrylic change, customs fee in India and other incidentals. However alpha associates is not responsible for any customs levy or duties charged by authorities in the destination country.
All products are shipped via reputed International courier companies such as DHL, FedEx and other such renowned companies that are completely insured and reliable.
We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
Our Shipping Rates are subsidized and are much lower than what the shipping companies usually charge for International shipments. We always strive to offer our shoppers the lowest shipping charges possible.
The duties and taxes are not a part of the customer’s payment made to us. If there are any customs or duties applicable for the ordered items, it would be billed separately to the customer by the courier company at the time of delivery.
International Orders - Customs Clearance For some countries, Our Carrier will clear your parcel from the custom on occasion if requires.
Any additional taxes, import duties or customs charges levied in this process will be charged to you.
You are liable to pay the carrier for those charges in such cases.
So we recommend you to be aware of the laws and regulations governing the import of goods in the country where you want the items shipped.
Remote Area Surcharge (RAS) for International Orders
According to the policies of the International carrier, an additional surcharge may be levied if the shipping address is defined by the carrier as a remote area.
This Remote Area Surcharge (RAS) would not be charged at the time of placing the order. Instead, it would be informed to you before shipping the goods. In such case, you have to pay the surcharge through the website.
If the surcharge is not paid within 3 days after our notification, then we would cancel your order.

Terms and Conditions for returning products:
We would entertain the Product return only after receiving mail from the customer.
We do not accept any returns after 7 days of receiving the shipment.
All products should be returned in original condition with Invoice intact as attached with the product. Presence of original Invoice is a must to accept returns.
Any complaint with regards to damage or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
Alpha Associates believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy cancellation charge of 25% will be deducted if the cancellation is done within 5 days of ordering not considered if it is done after one week of ordering. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the dispatch department and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
Once shipment is done, cancellation is not possible.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
Once a painting is delivered to a customer, cancellation will not be accepted. However modifications and changes in the paintings (if needed) can always be done with us. The transit charges should be accepted by the customer.

At any point of time the refunds will not be entertained for any purchase, and it would be issued only as products.
We will not refund the custom duties & taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
In case of orders with free shipping, shipping cost of resending product would be deducted while sending the Alternative products.
